Words have so much power, be mindful of what You are speaking.  One of the fastest ways to change Your results is to start believing what You say, and that Your words have power to bless or curse.  Consciously choose words that bless Yourself and others.

One time I had been sick for a while, and a co-worker said, “How are You today?”  I replied my usual, “Not very well.”  I heard that still small voice say “Don’t say that again.”  My health literally started to change when I changed my words.
