Add Chin tucks this week as You do Your wall sits.

What is a chin tuck?  Remember when You heard good music on the radio when You were growing up, and You bobbed Your head forward and back, some of You even did the “funky chicken”  That’s a chin tuck, just hold it a little longer than You usually do when listening to music.  Have fun.

Wall sits-Weekly Health habit

What would happen if You started one new health habit each week?

At the beginning of the year, I decided I would do wall sits while brushing my teeth.  That’s four minutes of additional exercise daily while doing something I would already be doing.  Two minutes twice a day.  It may not seem like a lot, but keeping it simple can make a huge difference.

When You are finished, be sure You push away from the wall using Your hands to help alleviate pressure on Your knees.
